I emphasize a holistic, acceptance-based approach, to help you feel more empowered and connected to who you are.  I see my role as facilitating your innate ability to understand yourself, heal old trauma, and develop new ways of living that are more successful and fulfilling. We can work in a variety of ways, from very deep work aimed at healing childhood trauma via EMDR, to cognitive-behavioral techniques that address specific challenges, such as anxiety and OCD.
